Root'd in Quran: Mobile/Desktop App Design

This app was designed at kufic+grid, where Maaria served as partner and co-founder, to help users study a complex text through multiple modes, displaying grammar rules by category through color-coded parts of a word. A series of legends, pop-ups, detail drawers, user settings, and interactive overviews make that system approachable rather than overwhelming.

As UI/UX designer on the project, Maaria's process spanned the full design lifecycle, from gathering user requirements to information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, through interfacing with developers, user testing, final design review, and designing app store assets."
